Gutter clearance in Kidwelly

Kidwelly sits where the Gwendraeth runs out to the estuary, under the castle. The old town is stone cottages and terraces, with newer estates and bungalows on the edges, and bigger plots up towards Mynyddygarreg.

Kidwelly's older cottages often still have cast iron or old half round gutters, and the trees along the river drop a lot of leaves in autumn. Blocked gutters overflow down stone walls and cause damp inside, so an autumn clear out is worth doing.
