Common questions
How does booking work?
Pick your crew size and how long, then fill in the short form with your preferred date. Joe confirms the date and sends a secure link to pay the £100 deposit by card, usually within 24 hours. Pay it within 48 hours to hold your day. The rest is invoiced after the job, due within 14 days.
What happens to the deposit?
It comes off your final bill. If we can't offer a date that suits you, you get it all back. You can also cancel within 14 days of booking for a full refund, as long as your day hasn't started. After that it's non-refundable, because we've turned other work away to hold your day for you.
What's included in a day?
8 hours on site (4 for a half day), all our tools and petrol machinery, fuel, travel in our area, and up to one van load of green waste taken away by a registered waste carrier. We leave everything swept and blown clear.
What if it rains?
We work whatever the weather, so your day goes ahead. If it's genuinely unsafe, like a named storm, we'll move your day to the next free date at no cost.
Which areas do you cover for day bookings?
Llanelli, Kidwelly, Burry Port, Pembrey, Carmarthen, Trimsaran, Pontyates, Pontyberem, Cross Hands and the villages in between. Further out? Message us first and we'll tell you straight away.
Do you dig out roots and stumps?
No, we cut everything back to ground level and take the green waste away. If something needs digging out we'll tell you before the day.
Send a photo, get a price
If you'd rather pay a fixed price for the job instead of by the day, send us a photo and you'll get a price in writing, usually the same day.
