What land clearance doesn't include
- Tree felling or anything needing climbing.
- Japanese knotweed. It needs a specialist, because cutting it can spread it.
- Household rubbish, building waste or anything hazardous. Green waste only.
Overgrown land in Llanelli
Some of our biggest Llanelli jobs have been ground that nobody had touched in years: a bramble path in Llwynhendy that took a full day, a garden locked up for two years after a key was lost, and the inherited houses where the family couldn't open the back gate.
Round the edges of town, towards Felinfoel, Pwll and Bynea, there are plots, banks and field edges that need the same treatment on a bigger scale. We bring heavy brushcutters and our stand on mower, rake it all off and leave ground you can walk, sell, build on or keep on top of.
From March to August we check for active nests before we cut, and we leave any section with birds nesting in it, because damaging an active nest is an offence under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981.

Yes. A few cuts a year keeps it from going back, and we can date stamp photos of each visit for your records.
